• Etranscription requires prior experience and a typing speed greater than 80 wpm.
• Outsec offers legitimate online jobs worldwide, but you must have at least two years experience and type a minimum of 70 wpm to work for them.

Online Teaching Job

Pay: $9 – $25 per hour

Can you teach? Do you have expertise in a particular topic? If so, teaching online is possible. Look for places that need people to tutor either kids or adults. Whether you like science and math, English or history, there are plenty of companies that will hire teachers. Some of them even hire teachers without a degree. • Skooli requires you to be a certified teacher with a degree. Teachers earn $25 an hour.

• FlexJobs provides a list of remote jobs where you can work from home. These opportunities include data entry positions, as well as other types of service providers such as customer service representatives and transcriptionists.

Online Customer Service Jobs

Pay: $7.50 – $15.00 per hour

If you're looking for a legitimate work-from-home career that allows you to earn money online, customer service may be for you. Most positions offer a flexible schedule, and some even provide benefits.

• Alorica offers work-from-home telemarketing positions as well as corporate positions. Some jobs provide medical and dental benefits.

I found some legitimate work-from-home opportunities for people with no prior virtual assistant experience. It's best to have some writing or software expertise though to succeed in this online job.
