The glamour of yesteryear. The comfort of today.

Casa Alesan is located on the most exclusive street in one of the most exclusive areas of Barcelona: the Quadrat d’Or, which boasts the majority of modernist buildings. Passeig de Sant Joan is unique for its elegant, landscaped and quiet boulevard, its ornamental fountains and its emblematic buildings, such as the neighbouring Palau Macaya, declared a Cultural Asset of National Interest.

Exclusivity, with the convenience of being close to everything and in the centre of everything.

Casa Alesan is not just a building.

It is a historical legacy, a testimony of quality and a work of art. It is included in the Architectural Heritage site inventory of Catalonia.
The exaltation of beauty in its colourful original vitrages, its forged iron railings, its mosaic floors and its marble sculptures are a beautiful example of that transformative and visionary era, the cornerstone of today’s Barcelona.

Our mission

Recover

Recover the spirit of Casa Alesan to make it once again one of the most important buildings on Passeig de Sant Joan, refurbishing its main elements.

Recover

Recover the spirit of Casa Alesan to make it once again one of the most important buildings on Passeig de Sant Joan, refurbishing its main elements.

Adapt

Adapt a stately building from the beginning of the 20th century to modern-day life, highlighting both its history and new elements, all in perfect harmony.

Add

Add two exclusive, luxurious new duplexes with beautiful terraces overlooking Barcelona’s unique landscape, including the Sagrada Família, a wonder of the modern world. These exclusive penthouse duplexes blend perfectly with the building itself, with the neighbouring Macaya Palace and with its lantern, also designed by well-known Barcelona architect Jaume Bach, who is continuing his vision in his role as architect of the Casa Alesan renovation project.

Create

Create a layout of the dwellings that takes into account modern-day life but allows the modernist 20th-century building to be visible, understood and enjoyed.

Use

Use noble and natural materials with very little alteration in line with the building’s own materials.

Enhance

Enhance the views of Passeig de Sant Joan, so its beauty can be appreciated, and those of the Sagrada Familia, so it can be admired from this unique perspective.

Install

Install low-consumption utilities and provide building solutions that minimize the ecological footprint in the construction and use of the building.
